In some Arab countries, Maamoul is known as Kleicha, Ka'ak B'ajwa, and Eid Ka'ak. It is usually prepared during the last days of the holy month of Ramadan. Maamoul can be filled with various types of fillings; it can be made with pistachios, dates, walnuts, dried fruits, and sesame. It can also be prepared without a filling, called Khafayef or Khefa. In this recipe that we present to you today, we will present the traditional method of making Maamoul, which is distinguished by its pistachio filling.

Pistachio Maamoul Ingredients:

Preparation method:
